i found the staff very cute. they were great to deal with, even during a typhoon. there was food and drink in the lobby while the storm raged outside. the crew was really attentive.

The gym is not great. the aircon was cold. The room had 17 degrees. the floor was a bit dirty.

automatic curtains city view friendly staff

The staff was polite and professional throughout my stay. my room included automatic curtains that opened to reveal a beautiful city view (a very nice touch!). i had dinner at lucciola and the food was great. Sophin and soru were friendly and helpful.

it felt a bit dark and less vibrant compared to other areas.

Inconsistent Service Hampers Stay

missing tissues limited room service

I had to request tissues as the tissue box was empty , which I found surprising. It also seemed difficult to reach room service , and I learned later the hotel does not offer 24-hour room service. This absence was very inconvenient , particularly because of jet lag and different time zones. I expected better attention to these basic amenities.
